He has over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development and strategy, having worked in large multinational and national companies such as Korn Ferry, Johnson&Johnson Unilever, among others.
He started his career in marketing and product management and in 2011 he migrated to the Talent Management market, being responsible for leading strategic executive recruitment projects for the healthcare, life sciences and consumer markets, in Brazil and abroad. He has a degree in Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, added to international experiences and specializations in Finance and People Management.
