Daniel Santiago Faria

He has 20 years of professional experience, 17 of which in Executive Search. In recent years he has specialized in combining Executive Search with Executive Onboarding, acting as an advisor to leaders who are starting in complex organizational environments.
He works as an advisory councilor for Sanatus and mentor at the Entrepreneurship Center of INSPER. Before Linco, he worked at companies such as Coca-Cola, Michael Page, and MarksSattin, where he led the startup of the operation in Brazil.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Belmont College, USA; MBA from Insper and Specialization in HR from the University of Michigan.
Flavio Innocentini

He has approximately 20 years of professional experience. He began his career working as a construction engineer in small and medium-sized Brazilian builders and developers. He was a trainee at Votorantim Cimentos, where he worked in several areas, including business development. He migrated to the Executive Search market in a renowned multinational in the sector in 2007.
During the last 15 years, he has worked as a Talent Management Consultant, managing Search and Talent Advisory projects for companies of different sizes and segments, but with a focus on Infrastructure, Construction and Real Estate.
Currently, he is responsible for business development and delivery of Executive Search, Middle Management Search and Talent Advisory projects in the Infrastructure, Construction and Real Estate sectors. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and Green Belt Certification in Project Management. He is fluent in English.
Giuliano Carcagnoli

He has approximately 23 years of professional experience. He began his career working in the supply chain area of large multinational and national companies in the industrial and consumer goods sectors.
During the last 15 years, he has worked with strategic talent management consultancy, managing Search and Talent Advisory projects for companies of different sizes and segments, having worked at companies such as Korn Ferry International, where he led one of its regional business units for 8 years.
Currently, as Linco’s Partner, he is responsible for business development and delivery of Executive Search, Middle Management Search and Talent Advisory projects in the industrial sector. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University and specialization in Logistics from FGV-SP. He is fluent in English.
Jucila Misseno

She has over 23 years of experience in the area of HR – Human and Organizational Development, of which 15 years was spent with multinational consultancies.
She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and specialization in HR, as well as an MBA and training in Coaching and Assessment, and is certified to administer various psychometric and behavioral instruments.
Roberto Miranda

He has more than 30 years of experience in HR with focus on compensation and HR leadership. As a consultant, he worked in large companies for over 15 years. He served as Executive and HR Director at Portugal Telecom, Zip.Net, JMacêdo, Sadia and Cia. Susan.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in HR Management as well as specialized training in Finance, Statistics and Industrial Administration.
Lucas Thomaz

He has over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development and strategy, having worked in large multinational and national companies such as Korn Ferry, Johnson&Johnson Unilever, among others.He started his career in marketing and product management and in 2011 he migrated to the Talent Management market, being responsible for leading strategic executive recruitment projects for the healthcare, life sciences and consumer markets, in Brazil and abroad. He has a degree in Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, added to international experiences and specializations in Finance and People Management.
Estevão Guisard

Estevão Guisard is the Head of one of the divisions at Linco People Experts and has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Executive Search for Middle & Top Management. He built his career in renowned consultancies such as Randstad and Michael Page, and also held prominent roles in large companies like Embraer and Iguá Saneamento, serving as an HR Manager. Additionally, Estevão co-founded and was the Managing Director of an international recruitment operation, establishing strategic partnerships in several countries. With a unique academic background, Estevão holds a degree in Administration and Military Sciences from the Air Force Academy.
Andressa Blois

She has 18 years of experience in Human Resources, with focus on Recruitment and Selection, working in Middle Management and Executive Search positions. She works in the HR area with strong expertise in Human Resources Consulting, being the last years as Head, responsible for all the R&S area, developing and implementing strategies for clients in several segments.
Throughout her career she has worked in the management of large teams, planning and capacity definition, for the development of projects for various segments such as: banking, consumer goods, industrial, pharma and agribusiness. She has a degree in Psychology from Universidade Mackenzie.

She has approximately 10 years of professional experience. She started her career in multinational real estate Consulting firm, in tenant representation, where she worked for 2 years developing small projects as an assistant supporting the other consultants in the department.
She started working with executive recruitment in 2016, at search consultancies such as Robert Half and Randstad, where she recruited professionals focused on middle management positions in the human resources, finance, and legal areas. After 3 years of recruiting in these areas, she came to Linco to work with Executive Search. Today she works with recruitment projects in several areas, with focus on the Civil Construction, Real Estate, Banking, and Infrastructure sectors.

With more than 13 years of professional experience in Executive Search, she began her career in boutique consulting firms and later worked in large multinational consultancies, serving clients from a wide range of segments in Brazil and Latin America. In 2017, she migrated to corporate HR, and worked in large national and multinational companies such as Bayer, Grupo Boticário and Baxter, where she was responsible for talent acquisition for strategic and leadership positions.
She is currently a consultant at Linco, responsible for business development for the Pharmaceutical sector and also for managing Executive Search and Middle Management Search projects in various sectors. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FMU and an MBA in Strategic HR Management from FGV-SP. She is fluent in English.
